(VIDEO) Arch 1S, the newest motorcycle model created by Keanu Reeves and Gard Hollinder, goes into production with a 124 ci / 2032cc engine

The famous actor Keanu Reeves and custom motorcycle genius Gard Hollinder founded ARCH Motorcycles together several years ago, which produces small series motorcycles, but fabulous in design, engineering and performance. Two models have already been in production for some years, and their prices are quite hiqh, starting from 80 thousand dollars and going over 100 thousand. Well, now the Arch 1S model, which was revealed at the end of 2017, has entered series production. Only now, after more than 5 years, the motorcycle is finally being produced and delivered to the customers who are waiting for it.

But the motorcycle is one of the most fascinating that exists in the world today, remaining as magnificent even now, 5 years after its initial presentation. It is powered by a V2 engine of S&S origin, of 124 cubic inch, or 2,032 cubic cm, which develops 140 HP and 115.3 lb.ft / 156.3 Nm of torque.

But beyond the engine, the bike has a lot of engineering solutions that stand out from others, such as the rear monolink or the carbon fiber tank transformed into an entire intake air filter system.

A lot of components are made from aluminum sculpted from unitary pieces, as well as from carbon fiber, to ensure both a unique appearance and a low final weight. In tandem with engine power, the Arch 1S will be a fabulous sport cruiser, for sure. And the first bikes will soon be seen on the streets, rejoicing the owners who have been waiting for them for 5 years. The company founded by Reeves and Hollinder, however, kept them constantly informed, the motorcycle needing to be brought to perfection, with multiple tests, before it is now launched as a perfect series product.
